Temp and Time Settings

Using the correct temp and time is vital to obtaining a good press result with Sublimation. Below you will find some recommended temperatures and times for various heat presses and items.
These serve as a guide only and we recommend doing a test first before starting a production run.


Please take note these settings are recommended with BIZINBOX SUBLIMATION INK and a EPSON printer. If you are using any other inks or printers, please consult the ink supplier for temp and time settings.


TROUBLE SHOOTING:
My prints are over-saturated:
Lower the time by 20 second increments


My prints are very dull:
Increase the time by 20 second increments


I have faded spots on the item:
Check your pressure, it should be very tight.
