📝 Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Printing Your Design
    • Use a high-quality print setting on your inkjet printer for the best image clarity.
    • IMPORTANT: Do NOT mirror the image. Print your image as is (right-reading).
    • Allow the printed sheet to dry for at least 10 minutes before proceeding.

  1. Prepare Press & Garment
    • Preheat your heat press machine to 165°C (329°F).
    • Briefly pre-press your textile for 3-5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

  1. Prepare & Position the Transfer
    • Carefully peel the backing paper off the printed image.
    • Place the printed image onto the textile with the printed side facing up.

  1. Press the Textile
    • Cover the transfer with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet before pressing. This is crucial to protect the transfer and your heat press.
    • Press for 15 seconds using low pressure.

  1. Post-Press
    • Remove the textile from the machine immediately after pressing.
    • Carefully remove the parchment paper or Teflon sheet from the top of the transfer.

🧺 Washing Instructions

  • Wait 24 Hours: Allow at least 24 hours before the first wash to let the transfer set.
  • Inside-Out: Wash the textile inside-out to best protect the image.
  • Gentle Care: Use a cool or warm water wash on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents.
  • Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for optimal longevity.

⚠️ Key Tips for Success

  • No Mirroring: Remember, print right-reading for dark transfers.
  • Protective Sheet is Crucial: Always use parchment paper or Teflon over the transfer during pressing.
  • Low and Quick: The lower temperature and shorter press time are specific to dark transfers and help prevent scorching or damage.
